Due to the high demand for RMT services and the limited availability of our therapists, a $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This helps reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows, and ensures fair access to care for all clients. Deposits are applied toward your service total and are subject to our cancellation policy.
Appointment durations include time for intake, preparation, treatment, and aftercare. For example, a 60-minute booking, hands-on massage time is approximately 50 minutes.
Direct billing is not available. Insurance-eligible receipts are provided for clients to submit claims independently through their insurance provider.
